I would highly recommend Lewis to anyone looking to get into real estate investing or to just buy/sell a home. He lends his years of expertise in an honest and trustworthy way. I purchased two properties with him and everything is going great. He is quick to let you know what is and more importantly is NOT worth buying. A rare find in an agent. He also went above and beyond normal agent duties to help me get started in real estate investing, answering questions from his personal experience that most agents wouldn't know a thing about. I cannot recommend him enough.

Lewis listened to my goals to guide me through the process of real estate investment. Especially with calculations when it came to offer, payment, taxes, etc. Lewis worked with me to answer my questions with patience and didn't mind when I asked the same question multiple times. Very knowledgable about real estate in the entire state of Michigan and beyond. Tall Tree is where I will go for all future real estate endeavors.

When I entered the housing market I was in need of a real estate agent, fast. We contacted Lewis for help in getting the house, and from our first meeting with him we felt very taken care of. He was always available, literally day or night, and was amazing from the start. The best part of working with Lewis was his unwillingness to give up, as he negotiated countless times to help us get our home. An example was the mortgage company we went through. Lewis was dedicated in making this work for us, and even going back and forth with the mortgage company, talking with their managers, to speed up the process. We absolutely would not have gotten the house if it weren’t for his swift action. I would recommend to anyone that this is who you want to work with in getting your house. Overall nice guy and got us a once in a lifetime deal.
